All products have a warranty against manufacturer defect for one year from date of purchase. Defective product may be returned for repair, replacement or credit at factory's discretion. Replacement product will be blank. Please contact factory for a return authorization number before returning product. Third party imprinting or customizing voids all warranties.

Net 30 days upon credit approval. Pre-payment on first orders. On custom or large orders a 50% deposit may be required.

All samples are available at EQP pricing. Quantity are limited to 3 pieces per item number.

Product with specific logo or decoration method. These samples can be purchased at catalog EQP, set up and run charge plus freight. Non-returnable. For lead-time, refer to specific decorating information.

First quality, blank merchandise may be returned in original packaging with advance return authorization from the factory. A 15% restocking charge may be applied. Freight pre-paid.

Orders will be shipped by ground service unless otherwise requested. Truck service is available for shipments over 200 lbs. with a substantial savings. If a liftgate, residential or inside delivery is required, please specify on purchase order, as extra charges will apply.

A charge of $7.50(v) applies for each location per release plus freight costs.

Customer must sign-off on logo size and position before production begins. Charge depends on imprinter.

We do not accept faxed artwork. Any Touch-up or rework of the artwork required to make print ready will be billed accordingly.

If production has started, no change to order can be accepted. Prior to production all changes must be received in writing. Changes include quantity, color, artwork, shipping method and destination.

All orders are considered firm and can not be cancelled without written factory authorization, which will be granted only prior to imprinting or production. Costs of dyes, screens, digitizing and proofs will be billed if completed. There is a 15% restocking charge.

Rush services are available based on production capacity and decorating method. Courier and expediting charges may apply. We will make every attempt to meet your needs without additional charges.
