We use many different manufacturing methods in construction of our aluminum cases. Our molded cases have the highest perceived value, are the most durable, at a higher cost to produce and take a little longer in production. The minimum order for a molded case is 2,000 pieces and incurs a mold charge. If the mold already exists, the minimum order is 500 pieces. The lid of a molded case is all one piece as well as the base of the case.

We make cases with a 2 Joint Construction, which we call a Panel Case or Picture Frame Design. The aluminum frame can be made in any length and height, but is limited on the depth of the case. Panels can be made in a variety of colors and finishes, out of aluminum, poly, acrylic or PVC. Minimum order is 200 pieces. This construction gives the case a very sleek look. (Example: AC-222)

Our most popular type of case is the 3 Joint Construction, which we also call a Panel case or Picture Frame Design. The frame is aluminum and can be made to any length, height or depth. The panels can be made in a variety of colors and finishes; out of aluminum, poly, acrylic or PVC. Minimum order is 200 pieces.

The inside of the cases can be lined with nylon lining, 1/8" thick EVA foam or bare. We can include pockets, files, dividers, binders, clip board brackets, and padding for laptops or electronics.We can make die cut foam to fit the product or convoluted foam (Egg crate), to hold any item. For a richer presentation, we can use simulated velvet laminated to the foam.

Hardware is another choice to give the case the right look. Handles, locks, hinges, and shoulder straps can be chosen from existing cases in this catalog.

Imprint methods are laser engraving, silk screen, pad print, pewter emblems or aluminum plates, depending on finish.

Production is 30-90 days, depending on the type of case and the time of the year. Shipping is 3 weeks on the water. Air freight it available at an additional cost.
